These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Layer mobile application ("App") operated by SKAISTART, OOO ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Layer provides weather-based clothing guidance for children. The App is intended for parents and guardians (18+). It does not provide medical advice.
You may sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure.
Free tier includes weather forecasts and layer/clothing advice for one child profile (without photos).
Layer Premium (subscription or trial where offered) may include wardrobe with photos, outfit capsules, today look, profile and child photos (including from your Google account where available), and up to five child profiles. Feature availability may change; see in-app paywall and store listing.
If Premium ends, read-only access to wardrobe and stored photos may continue for a limited grace period (typically 90 days), after which cloud media may be removed. Export may be offered during grace.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content. Photos you add must be content you have the right to use.
Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle data.
The App is provided "as is". Clothing suggestions are general guidance based on weather and profile data — use your judgment for your child's safety and comfort.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
